Developing Handroll AI: a private AI appliance for small and medium organisations that need capable AI and control over confidential information.
Introducing Handroll AIPrivate AI appliance
In DevelopmentPrivate AI.
On your premises.
Handroll AI is a plug-and-play private AI appliance for small and medium organisations. It will give employees access to a powerful, preconfigured open-source/open-weight AI assistant through their existing computers, without specialist hardware knowledge or cloud processing. One local appliance can securely serve multiple authorised users while keeping prompts, documents and outputs on the customer’s premises.
Initial market: privacy-sensitive professional offices. Handroll AI is an idea-stage venture; the appliance is in development.

Prompts, documents and outputs are intended to stay on the customer’s premises.
A high-capability open-source/open-weight AI model, accessed through the computers your organisation already uses.
One appliance designed to serve multiple authorised users over a local network.
